財政部週二发文告指出，2014年一马援助金將在本月23日开始接受申请，並于明年1月31日截止，让民眾有充裕的时间提出申请，並会加速批准申请的程序。
it was announced by Ministry of Finance (MOF) today that BR1M can now be applied from today (23 December 2013) up to 31 January 2014.
Those who have received BR1M in previous years can now update their latest particulars by visiting http://hasil.gov.my/
申请者可以通过3个管道申请一马援助金：
1. 去内陆税收局、联邦发展局、社会福利局、索取免费表格申请，也可以上网下载。
2. 民众可前往财政部网站，http://www.hasil.gov.my/ 下载申请表格
3. 上网申请（Online application） 上网申请的方式如下：
Step 1： 登入网站： https://ebr1m.hasil.gov.my/
Step 2： 填入基本资料，然后点击"PERMOHONAN BR1M3.0"
Step 3： 然后把详细资料填妥，点击"HANTAR"，即可。 （申请者可以从网上打印表格）
备注：("KEMAS KINI PERMOHONAN BR1M 2.0" 是供 BR1M 现有申请者，即之前成功申请的人士更新资料。
比如更换联络号码、住家地址及银行户口等等。)

1: Request a free application form from Inland Revenue Board, the Federal Development Bureau, Department of Social Services,
2: Log into Ministry of Finance website, http://www.hasil.gov.my/ download the application form
3 Internet Application (Online application) Internet applications as follows:
Step 1: Login Site: https://ebr1m.hasil.gov.my/
Step 2: Fill in basic information, then click on "PERMOHONAN BR1M3.0"
Step 3: Then fill in the details, click on "HANTAR", can be. (Applicants can print the form from the Internet)
Note: ("KEMAS KINI PERMOHONAN BR1M 2.0" is available for BR1M applicants, who successfully applied before updating that information. {For example, replacing the contact numbers, home addresses and bank accounts, and so on. )
乐龄人士（RM 650）
- 马来西亚公民。
- 60 岁以上乐龄人士
家庭援助金（RM 650）
- 家庭的每月收入在RM 3000以下。
- 马来西亚公民。
家庭援助金（RM 450）
- 家庭的每月收入在RM 3000至RM 4000。
- 马来西亚公民。
单身个人援助金（RM 300）
- 每月个人收入在RM 2000或以下。
- 马来西亚公民。
- 年龄21岁或以上（1993年或之前出生者）
- 不是一个马来西亚购书卷（BB1M）的受益者。

-; for households with a total monthly income of RM3,000 less
will be raised from RM500 to RM650.
Individual RM300
-;the payment for unmarried individuals aged 21 and above

Rise payment from RM500 to RM650.
